Whether you need a fully managed online school uniform shop, scheduled bulk supply, ready-to-wear essentials, or custom-manufactured clothing, we have a solution for you.

1. Direct-to-Parent School Partnership (DPSP)

Stock Supported Online Shop

Under the Direct-to-Parent School Partnership, Eqwpe becomes the school’s official uniform manufacturer and retail partner.

We create a dedicated shop for the school on the Eqwpe website, where parents can view and purchase approved uniform items directly. Eqwpe manages the design, manufacturing, inventory, online payments, customer support, order fulfilment, and delivery.

The school does not purchase or hold inventory. Its role is to approve the uniform range, promote the online shop to parents, and provide the necessary branding information. The school earns an agreed commission on every uniform item sold.

2. Scheduled School Bulk Supply (SSBS)

School-Owned Stock and Parent Sales

The Scheduled School Bulk Supply model is designed for schools that want to purchase, own, and sell their uniform stock directly to parents.

Eqwpe manufactures uniforms through three scheduled production cycles each year. Before each cycle, the school submits its stock forecast and required quantities. Eqwpe manufactures the approved order during the scheduled production period and delivers it before the next major school term.

After delivery, Eqwpe issues an invoice and ownership of the stock transfers to the school. The school holds the inventory, sells the uniforms directly to parents, and collects all payments.

EQWPE Responsibilities

  • Plan production according to the school’s forecast

  • Manufacture the agreed quantities

  • Conduct quality-control checks

  • Deliver orders according to the production schedule

  • Support planned stock replenishment

School Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand and submit quantities on time

  • Approve orders before production begins

  • Receive and hold the delivered stock

  • Sell uniforms directly to parents

  • Collect payments from parents

  • Monitor inventory and prepare for the next cycle

These products are not associated with a specific school and do not include school logos or custom branding.

The collection includes:

  • Plain T-shirts

  • Plain hoodies

  • Plain sweaters

  • Plain trousers

  • Plain shorts

  • Plain skirts

  • Other everyday School essentials

4. Custom Manufacturing (CM)

Made-to-Order Clothing

Our Custom Manufacturing service is designed for once-off orders produced specifically for a school, business, organisation, or individual customer.

These products are not held in stock. Manufacturing begins after the design, quotation, quantity, payment terms, and delivery schedule have been confirmed.

We manufacture:
